30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Applies to your first order of each product, within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The bottle does not need to be unopened or unused — we stand behind our products.
  • To request a refund, email us at josedanielinc@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Once approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing
Once approved, your refund is automatically applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra business days to appear on your statement. If you haven't received it after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at josedanielinc@gmail.com.

Return Shipping (if applicable)
If a physical return is requested, mail your item to: 1160 Montgomery Boulevard, Allen, TX 75013, United States. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellations & Refunds
Subscription orders automatically renew and recharge your payment method at the frequency selected at checkout, until you cancel. You may cancel, skip, or pause your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at josedanielinc@gmail.com. Cancellations must be made before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

Your first subscription order is covered by the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee above. Renewal charges already shipped are non-refundable, except in cases of product defect or shipping error, evaluated case-by-case.
